This privacy policy (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”) illustrates the commitment of EYST TECHNOLOGY, a simplified joint stock company with a share capital of €100, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 914 735 592, with the following intra-community VAT number : FR 61914735592 and whose registered office is located at 16 Place de l’Iris in Courbevoie (92400) (hereinafter the “Company”) with regard to respect for your privacy and the protection of your personal data when you browse the following website: https://www.eyst.io/ (hereinafter the “Site”) published by the Company.

The Site allows you to:

obtain information about the Company and the services it offers ;
get to know the co-founders of the Company;
contact the Company.

2. Processing of your personal data

In accordance with the laws and regulations in force, the Company, acting as data controller, collects some of your personal data when you visit the Site.

In order to respond to your contact requests, the Company collects the following personal data:

Your personal data is transmitted to the company OVH (2 Rue Kellermann, 59100, Roubaix), which hosts the Site on servers located in France.

Your personal data is therefore not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

The Company shall ensure the security of your personal data by implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee a level of security appropriate to the risk and shall put in place means to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability and constant resilience of processing systems and services, any means to restore availability and access to your personal data and a procedure to regularly test, analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of the technical and organisational measures put in place by the Company.

The Company may retain your personal data for a period not exceeding the statutory limitation period in order to fulfil its legal or regulatory obligations, to enable it to exercise its rights and/or for statistical or historical purposes.

At the end of the above-mentioned periods, your personal data will be deleted or the Company will make it anonymous.

In order for the Data Protection Officer to deal with your request as quickly as possible, you may indicate in your request its subject and the context in which your personal data has been processed by the Company.

If there is reasonable doubt about your identity, the Company may ask you to provide a copy of both sides of a valid identity document. This will be deleted by the Company once your request has been granted.

The Company may keep a copy of your identity document for the sole purpose of establishing evidence, in the event of a dispute with you.

2.6. Links to third party sites

In order to improve the quality of the Site, the Company may include on the Site links to third-party sites. These sites have a confidentiality policy that is different from and independent of that of the Company.

You are invited to consult the confidentiality policy of the third-party sites you visit.

2.7. Language of the site

This Privacy Policy is written in French. In the event that it is translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French version will be deemed authentic in the event of a dispute.

The Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
